Hi, I’m Lesley, founder of FRK Atelier Co., creative project manager, digital strategist, and your right-hand in all things back-end and behind-the-scenes. After nearly a decade managing creative timelines, launch campaigns, content workflows, and operations for agencies and entrepreneurs, I realized something: so many business owners, especially Black women, are leading powerful brands, yet doing too much alone.
I started FRK Atelier Co. to change that.
This work is about more than inboxes and task lists. It’s about supporting the whole vision, honoring your creativity, protecting your energy, and bringing clarity to the chaos so you can lead with peace of mind. While I proudly center the needs of Black women in my work, I welcome all creators, founders, and service providers who are looking for partnership that’s personal, intentional, and built on trust.
