Terms of Service

These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by FRK Atelier Co., a division of FRK Atelier LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
FRK Atelier Co. offers digital concierge services including, but not limited to, administrative support, content planning, proofreading, podcast transcription, and freelance project management.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely communication, necessary materials, and approvals. Failure to do so may delay project timelines or impact service quality.

4. Payments and Fees
Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in the selected service package or project agreement. Payment must be received before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via Squarespace Payments, which includes credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH Direct Debit.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Retainer agreements require a minimum 30-day notice for cancellation. Refunds for à la carte services are not provided once work has begun. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for prepaid services not yet rendered.

6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials created during the course of service remain the property of FRK Atelier LLC until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client.

7. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
FRK Atelier LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion due to breach of contract, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
