🤝 Do I have to commit to a long-term package?

Not at all. All of our packages are billed weekly and require no long-term contract. You can pause or stop support with one week’s notice—though many of our partners do choose to stay long term.

🕰️ What if I need more or fewer hours in a given week?

Each package is scoped for a specific range of hours. If you consistently need more support than your package allows, we’ll recommend upgrading. One-off overages may be accommodated with advance notice and will be billed at your standard hourly rate.

💼 What types of tasks can you handle?

We specialize in administrative operations, content coordination, and creative project management. Common requests include:

  • Inbox and calendar management

  • Client onboarding systems

  • Podcast transcription

  • Campaign coordination

  • Proofreading + content calendar support

🧾 How do payments work?

We bill weekly through Squarespace Payments, with accepted methods including credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and ACH Direct Debit (1% fee). All packages are prepaid to secure the weekly schedule.

🧠 What if I just need help with one thing?

You can start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk it through. If you already know what you need, you’re welcome to book a 30- or 60-minute session—or request a one-time VIP Day (based on availability). Depending on the scope, à la carte options may also be available.

🔒 How do you keep my information confidential?

We operate with the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. NDAs are available upon request, and we take data privacy seriously when handling your business systems and client information.

📍 Do you work with clients outside of Atlanta?

Yes, we support partners across the U.S. and beyond. All work is virtual, and communication is managed via email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams.
